"Live Object" Recognition

YRfree "Live Object" Recognition is a Machine to Machine procedure which requires no input from the user. The Smartphone App. scans the object, a barcode or number plate etc, using sophisticated algorithms which can extract the data from the moving image and compare it with pre-defined templates; to eliminate error. The data is forwarded to a third party Authenticated Server. The relevant information from the Authenticated Server (make of vehicle, owner, insurance status etc.) appears as a "pop-up" in the YRfree User Interface as the Live Video is being streamed.

YRfree "Live Object" Recognition can :

  • Extract alpha numeric content and connect into third party
    databases - for example vehicle number plates and asset tags.
  • Attach manual, self learned or automated 'object-tags' on a frame
    by frame basis for each video stream and build aligned databases.
  • Improve image quality,reduce light and glare.
  • Report anomalies within the images.
  • Match stored geo-located events against future events based on
    pre-defined searches or triggers.
